Was this introduced by a version bump from 0.6.24 to 0.6.25? Can we maybe instead revert to the last working version?

the issue is caused by calibre-web flask_limiter dependency bump, reverting to older version probably wont work either

e7cf609 was in staging (now in master) is the the root cause

My reading of the versioning convention is that the version should be 0.6.26-unstable-2026-02-22 instead. The reason being that 0.6.27 should compare as a newer version as far as I know.
